If you are having problems processing your order please let us know so we can help you paying with paypal, check or money order.
Your order will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) within 2-3 business days after your payment is received. SpongeLearners will not keep any of your personal credit card information, it will be securily processed through Google Checkout. Order to be sent to a different address: If you would like your order to be sent to a different address, please specify the address when you complete the checkout, then send us an email letting us know your request and we will mail the invoice directly to you and the products to the address you specified.
For Puerto Rico or international orders: Please send us your e-mail address and we will send you an invoice via paypal in order to complete your order. For international orders, we will let you know how much shipping will be depending on the location where the item will be sent to.
Payment by mail: If you prefer sending a check or money order, please contact us.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Item should be then sent back to us within 15 days of receipt and in its original new condition along with a copy of the invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used minus the Shipping and Handling costs.We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Sponge Learners no recibirá ninguna información de su tarjeta de crédito ya que su pago seguro será procesado por Google Checkout. Envío a una dirección diferente: Si desea que enviemos los productos a una dirección diferente por favor nos deja saber la dirección al hacer su compra y también nos envía un mensaje para así enviarle el recibo y los productos enviarlos a la dirección especificada.
Para ordenes a Puerto Rico o Internacionales, Por favor nos envía su correo electrónico para procesar su orden por paypal. Para ordenes internacionales le dejaremos saber el costo del envío dependiendo el lugar a donde debe ser enviado el producto.
Pago por correo: Para ordenes en USA si no desea hacer su pago con tarjeta de crédito, puede enviar un cheque o Money Order especificando su orden e información de contacto. Por favor nos contacta para enviarle la dirección.
Póliza de devoluciones
Si usted no está completamente satisfecho (a) con su orden, por favor nos contacta en el lapso de 7 días de recibir su orden. Su orden deberá luego ser enviada de regreso en el lapso de 15 días de haberla recibido sin haber sido usado el artículo y con copia de la factura. Las devoluciones serán hechas en el mismo método que se hizo el pago deduciendo gastos de manejo y envío. Nos reservamos el derecho de no hacer la devolución monetaria si las condiciones mencionadas en esta póliza no son cumplidas.
